The Role Montessori Academy is seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our growing team across several upcoming centres. The successful candidates will bring a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, a genuine passion for early childhood education, and an appreciation for the Montessori philosophy. Multiple positions are available across the following new locations: • Campsie • Hurstville • Narellan Vale • Mount Annan • Leppington • Gregory Hills Key Competencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team • Strong appreciation for the importance of family engagement • Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard • Understanding of the Montessori philosophy • Experience working with preschool-aged children • Passion for early childhood education and learning • Commitment to the holistic development of each child Essential Criteria • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) • Availability between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing children's services • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Current Working With Children Check • First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one • Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF About the Company Established in 2000, Montessori Academy is Australia’s leading and largest provider of Montessori early childhood education for children under six.
